Muhammad K. Elhamshari earned his law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2000 after receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree from Case Western Reserve University in 1996. Muhammad started working with Margolius, Margolius & Associates in 1997 as a law clerk and has been an associate attorney with the firm since 2003. He has acquired a reputation for hard nosed advocacy and thorough preparation. He attended hearing throughout Ohio, from Columbus to Mansfield to Cleveland and elsewhere in the state. Muhammad has obtained benefits for clients involving medical conditions involving spine disorders, pulmonary impaired cardiac problems and psychiatric impairments.
Muhammad is currently a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives.
